About Kaiut Yoga

                  Kaiut Yoga is a beautiful approach to the gift of Yoga, designed by Brazilian Chiropractor/Yogi, Francisco Kaiut.

In this method, we are literally waking up nature inside of us through deep rest combined with positive biomechanical stress.  Simply put, our bodies are exploring varies angles that we don't experience often, if-at-all, in our modern lives, and we then allow the body to adapt. 

Modern comfort has left us desensitized and in pain. We desperately need to learn to empower our own bodies and health, and its starts with learning to rest and feel, as we do in this practice.

Kaiut Yoga is a highly intelligent process, aligned with nature, where we cultivate presence, deep rest, as well as biomechanical positive stress.  Its about us adapting well again to gravity, the ground, to the unexpected....to stress and all the possibilities that life has for us.

This method is not religious. 

We don't chant. 

We don't play music ( although Ill preform a tune live for special events:)

Yoga is for everyone!  In the Kaiut Method, Yoga truly is approachable regardless of one's circumstances or histories.

It is a beautiful, creative, solution oriented and empowering process and space for healing to happen.

 Its an appropriate approach to Yoga for Modern Times. 

 We regain the potential we were designed to enjoy in life. There is nothing more valuable than that.
