Get creative with equipment.
If you don't have Yoga equipment,
use items from around the house.
We will need:
- Wall space is often used. The back of a door works just fine.
- Always wear comfortable clothes that feel good on your body. (Ideally your top and bottom are different colors for visual contrast, so that I can see you well).
- A chair without arms will sometimes be used
- Yoga mat or carpet to practice on.
- Yoga blocks or a coupe of big books.
